"i know "me ketab" means "ketabe man" or "me daftar" means "daftare man" so as a reuslt "me ranj" means "ranje man
and since it had been used in a poem we can translate it as what i said

It Was Funny & Enjoyably
Some One Told : " Kick Them Out Guys !"
But No Attention To Him And Kept On Talking
At The End They Became Nervous
